This morning I feel a bit rubbish. There is no reason for it. My conditioned thinking wants to reach for the story, the legitimate rational explanation, the drama But I've noticed before that when I feel low I'll have favourite stories that run and often one will be replaced by another one equally icky... work - health- business - traffic - whatever I'm creative like that :) And it's so much easier, so free-ing just to get on with my day knowing it will pass and let feeling rubbish be, well, just and only, a bit rubbish .
